Job Description
Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for customer experiences and driving impactful marketing initiatives? The ServiceNow University marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing manager to drive integrated campaigns across ServiceNow University’s strategic programs to join their high performing team. This role is responsible for supporting the ecosystem growth strategy through strategic programs, partnerships, and initiatives. In addition, this individual will keep a pulse on the ServiceNow University learner content and training to drive awareness, elevate the learner experience, and foster ongoing engagement.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong integrated marketing prowess with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects, generate innovative marketing concepts for campaigns, and works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. This role requires a critical thinker who is AI-curious and proficient in AI tools, approaches challenges with multiple solutions, good cross functional collaboration skills, and demonstrates agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. This individual contributor role reports to the ServiceNow University Marketing, Ecosystem Growth & Engagement Lead.
Responsibilities
Develop the marketing plan to drive global awareness of ServiceNow University content and training to target personas
Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive ecosystem growth and engagement through priority global programs across key markets
Manage the ServiceNow University pre/post event strategy and execute campaigns to optimize engagement and drive critical metrics
Prepare briefing and post-mortem presentations for strategic ServiceNow University marketing initiatives which summarize objectives, activities, and results
Cultivate and optimize relationships with ServiceNow University’s global partnership leads to drive joint marketing initiatives
Collaborate with cross functional teams as needed to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to strategic priorities
Qualifications
8 years of experience in marketing driving integrated campaigns, executing large scale programs and initiatives
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
Proficiency with AI technologies and tools to drive innovation and increase productivity
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with leaders and stakeholders
Excellent people skills to interact with cross-functional teams
Experience managing large scale marketing programs and initiatives
~25% travel to support GTM activities and customer events

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $135,300 - $236,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
