Job Description

Note - We have two Sr Contracts Manager roles. All applicants will be considered for both, so please only apply to one.

What You Get To Do In This Role

  • Enable sales growth, customer satisfaction, plus our service and product capabilities by guiding our internal organizations to align our operational policies plus industry and regulatory trends with our commercial contract terms
  • Work cross-functionally and across Legal to bring innovative products, services, and programs to market by ensuring that we have the appropriate agreements, internal policies and processes in-place to drive adoption at scale
  • Ensure the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in-place; and enable our account teams to sell using those terms
  • Assist our Contracts team answer complex deal questions by creating playbooks and reference materials
  • Support our Customer Excellence and Customer Support teams to deliver ServiceNow Impact, CX Expert Services and Packaged services
  • Provide agile processes and insightful business guidance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 8 years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal roles; software/SaaS experience is an advantage
  • BS/MS in Legal Studies; MBA Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes
  • Authoritatively engage with our internal teams to explains our policies, answer operational questions and engage additional expertise as needed
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
  • Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams to drive successful outcomes with our business partners
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines
  • Program management experience a plus
