- Collaborate with Digital GTM leadership to identify prioritize develop and implement enablement strategy and planning.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for earlyincareer sellers including product knowledge market trends sales techniques and business acumen.
- Directly manage coach and mentor a team of trainers & enablement professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth through team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize various modalities including workshops webinars and interactive sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills performance and confidence.
- Leverage global programs when applicable to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.
- Hubbased aligning with the office requirements of the Digital GTM team.
