Role : ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Solution Consulting who is comfortable being hands on in a highly visible role to manage a team of presales Partner Solution Consultants focused on building our ISV Solutions ecosystem. This leader is responsible for a highly skilled team of driven presales Partner Solution Consultants whose role is to advance technology and business relationships with ServiceNows ISV Partners. The leader will motivate the team to :

Deeply understand the ISV partner business and their domain expertise to align a partners capabilities to our complementary markets

Create new business and solutions with those partners that generate valuable outcomes for our shared customers

Generate new paths to revenue for both ServiceNow and our partners through our Store

The successful candidate will be a proven leader and compelling presenter. Theyre motivated by great customer outcomes by technology solutions to business problems and by the success of their team members. Theyll have expertise across web and cloud technologies and will have demonstrated success in software presales and large enterprise environments.

This leader is responsible for their teams career planning and development team development and hiring per the dynamic needs of the organization and other administrative duties relative to team management. In addition to these responsibilities the manager is expected to maintain strong relationships with counterparts in the Sales Services Support Marketing and other organizations to ensure alignment of organizational activities and directions. These responsibilities all directly support the managers primary goal : developing and maintaining a world class team that consistently executes towards our Global Partnerships & Channels strategy.

This role requires up to 50% travel.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have :

6 years of leadership experience preferably within PreSales

10 years of PreSales Solution Consulting experience

BA / BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.

Has experience in building or leading presales or professional services organizations partner aligned organizations are preferred

Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects Technical Architects Offering Managers Directors VPs and CXOs)
