- Operational Management: Manage the operational cadence and track the delivery of key Total Rewards programs, including the Annual Compensation Review and Open Enrollment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop project scopes and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Team Coordination: Cordinate internal teams to ensure projects and annual processes are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Performance Measurement: Measure the performance of projects and annual processes using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks and provide regular updates on key projects to senior leaders.
- Presentation Support: Support total rewards leaders in developing key presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Product Requirements: Collaborate with the Reward Me Business Product Manager and technology team to form requirements for new products and enhancements.
