What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Servicer Appliance Repair?
Job Description:
- Maintain schedules for appliance repair technicians
- Take incoming calls from customers and accurately qualify them for best course of action
- Manage ordering and organization of service parts
- Keep accurate records and notes
- Conduct post-service calls to ensure all work was completed effectively
- Communicate effectively with customers and repair technicians, sometimes acting as a liaison between them
- Maintain positive relationships with our vendors and business partners
- Providing excellent customer service and professionalism
- Look for ways to improve the business and customer experience
Qualifications:
- Have relevant experience in scheduling or dispatching
- Have relevant experience in service repair (preferred)
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively in the English language
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong decision making skills and ability to resolve issues
- Ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations
- Competency with phone, email, google suite and other digital applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
