What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Line Leader position at Services Plus?
Do you like being responsible for the machine and making sure it runs smoothly throughout the shift or working to fix it if something isn't working? Being responsible your co-workers and making sure they are staying safe? We are looking for you!
Wage and Schedule: 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, voluntary weekend overtime
1st Shift: 6am - 2pm (Monday thru Friday)
2nd Shift: 2pm – 10pm (Monday thru Friday)
3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am (Sunday thru Thursday)
Wage starts at $18.00 and increases based on experience. Let’s talk about your wage requirements.
Core Functions:
Scanning to and using Nulogy ERP system
Maintaining a safe work area for yourself and staff
Train and instruct co-workers regarding all aspects of the line
Responsible to rotate crew every hour or as needed
Required to take a position on the line, as needed
Tend machines and make adjustments as needed
Use basic hand tools to perform machine repairs
Completing paperwork
