ServiceTitan is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to join our Talent Operations & Talent team. This role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to contribute to developing talent strategy around candidate experience and scheduling.
Open to remote candidates within the US for a 6 month contract
What You'll Do:
Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling, candidate communication & experience initiatives
Manage Onboarding process & tasks for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management, I-9 verification, new hire questions
Assist in managing and troubleshooting of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) & scheduling system (Rooster)
Facilitate monthly operations auditing, partner on ad hoc reporting and projects
Juggle multiple projects at once as you will be the go-to person for recruiting assistance
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
What You'll Bring:
1 years of recruiting coordination, administrative or project coordination experience
Experience with Workday
Professionalism and positive demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm during crisis and high pressure
Ability to overcome challenges and problem solve
Our Team:
Embedded in the Talent Operations function, you'll partner with a team of seasoned Coordinators & Specialists and support up to ~25 full-time Recruiters who support recruiting efforts across US & Canada
We are a remote first team and prefer a resource within PST, MST or CST
