What We're Looking For :
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for producing and implementing functional software solutions. This position will work with the internal development team to define software requirements and provide leadership on operational and technical projects. This role is to be a member of Aspire's Mobile team in a full stack capacity (React Native, C# .NET).
What You'll Do :
- Participate in the Scrum process according to the Agile Manifesto and best practices.
- Be a key contributor to the architectural design of the software.
- Design key software components using object-oriented techniques.
- Code and debug software components for all layers of our stack.
- Develop detailed unit tests for all your code.
- Conduct code reviews, document, and follow-up on issues.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Develop integration tests across multiple components of the software.
- Implement complex and core functionality within our mobile app related to scheduling, payments and billing, route, internal / external APIs, etc
- Own our mobile department and find ways to improve existing systems and processes
- Help mentor and coach junior members of our development team
- Work with the latest technologies and tools to solve the oldest problems which affect our customers

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $182,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
