The ideal Enterprise Solutions Engineer (SE) candidate must be a hungry self starter with a proven track record in sales and knowledge of technology. Must be able to explain complex information and concepts in simple to understand and practical business context. The candidate will be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally verbally as well as in written communication.
What you'll do :
- Support sales efforts for complex purchasing cycles with enterprise accounts. Support client-facing meetings and calls by leading custom product demonstrations based on a solid understanding of customer business processes and workflows
- Educate customers on the product and help close business by marrying technical expertise, product knowledge, and industry knowledge with Sales Acumen
Offer creative solutions to complex workflows against specific business requirements

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $128,000 USD - $136,300 USD commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
