In this role you will :

Transport client's vehicles to and from auto body or mechanical repair shops to client's locations across the Washington, D.C. Metro area. Drivers use Slack and Onfleet applications to keep all team members updated. Additionally, you will be responsible for a daily morning check in with one or more fleet customers to see if they have cars requiring repairs through us. We specialize in servicing all vehicles, from passenger cars to large cargo vans, so be prepared to drive!

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the safety of you and the clients' cars while transporting.
• Pick up automobiles and greet customers in a professional manner.
• Check in daily with fleet customers to check for any cars that need repair, and facilitate them submitting to our system.
• Document vehicle mileage & condition and post in Slack update Onfleet for every move.
• Communicate with Service Advocates, Regional Manager(s), dispatch team, and customers to provide the best possible transport experience.
• Utilize various applications on iPhone or Android to communicate with ServiceUp team.
