What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Support Engineer position at Servicio Latam?
We are seeking a Dispatch Support Technician with more than one year of experience in ITIL, Help Desk, backup systems, and networking expertise. Provides corrective and preventative hardware, network, and system maintenance, user operating system installation, hardware and software malfunction diagnostics, and final technical assistance.
To be performed:
- Execute Windows 10 operating system updates on lab applications typically integrated with instrumentation.
- Implement Windows-based security, including user/group permissions, file/folder permissions, group policies, local security policies, etc.
- Acts as the IT support contact for OEM/supplier field service engineers, updating computer systems.
- Acts as a liaison for software/hardware-related inquiries, interacting between the customer, business, and corporate IT teams.
- Acts as the local SME for the local installation and configuration of Empower LAC/e.
8-hour visits daily from Monday to Friday
