Serving Children and Reaching Families, LLC seeks highly motivated and experienced B2B Mental Health Technician / Therapists to join our team in Florida. This remote position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Position Details : - 1099 Independent Contractor, No Benefits Included- Morning Shift, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Weekends as neededDuties and Responsibilities : - Provide professional social work services to children, adolescents, and adults to maintain or restore their highest level of functioning- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new patients, conduct interviews and evaluations, and diagnose for treatment- Identify factors that may impede treatment outcomes and devise patient treatment plans- Implement and monitor treatment plans, documenting progress through weekly progress notes- Offers therapeutic services to aid patients and familiesin addressing presenting symptoms and challenges.- Delivers general and specialized social workinterventions, encompassing substance abuse, counseling for victims of sexualabuse, and support for traumatized children.Minimum Education and Experience : - Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Human Service-related field- 1-2 Years of Individual / Group counseling experienceIf you are a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
