Extended Learning Opportunity Coordinator (ELO)
2024-2025 School Year
RSU 89 is seeking a part-time Extended Learning Opportunity Coordinator (ELO), this
person is responsible for the ELO Program. The coordinator will develop working
relationships with local businesses and act as a liaison between community partners
and the school. The ELO coordinator will facilitate target student career exploration and
post-secondary planning development through connecting with students with adult
mentors in the community. The successful candidate must excel at organization,
communication, public relations, record keeping and problem solving. Preference given
to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree. Start date to be determined. The successful
candidate will have or be able to pass the criminal history records check through the
Maine DOE. Applications will close when a suitable candidate is found.
