MSAD 41 is seeking a Fourth Grade Teacher. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about hands-on teaching. MSAD #41 is located in beautiful Piscataquis County and has a student population of approximately 600 students over three schools: Milo Elementary School (PK-2), Brownville Elementary School (3-4), and Penquis Valley Middle High School (5-12). This is a full-time position beginning July 1, 2025.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and school standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress through various evaluation methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and school administration.
- Foster social-emotional development and classroom community.
- Participate in professional development and school events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Candidate must hold valid State of Maine teaching certification with 020 elementary endorsement
- Experience teaching elementary students (preferred but not required).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for working with children and fostering a love for learning.
