Job Posting: Girls JV Volleyball Coach
Maranacook Community High School 2025 Season
To assist each participating student to develop their skills and create a positive environment for athletic performance. The coach’s responsibilities include leading training sessions, providing motivation and advice during games, developing competition plans and communication with participating athletes and families. The goal for each participant is to achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem.
The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of volleyball, be willing to work collaboratively with other coaches, students, parents, and administration in order to benefit students. Prior coaching experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Certification: Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) through the Maine Department of Education (or able to obtain).

Internal: April 7, 2025
External: April 14, 2025 or until a suitable candidate is found.
