What are the responsibilities and job description for the Varsity Football Head Coach position at ServingSchools?
Portland High School is currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable candidate to serve as our Varsity Football Head Coach for the 2025 season. A Head Coach candidate must be flexible to work within a cooperative staff environment, have extensive game knowledge and be dedicated to modeling/teaching sportsmanship, skills, setting high standards on and off the field and connecting with student-athletes. Previous H.S. football or college coaching/playing and teaching experience is preferred. Strong organizational and scheduling skills are a MUST! PHS home games are played at Fitzpatrick Stadium in Portland. Portland currently plays in Class A North.
