The Client Relationship Associate position provides support in the regions by providing customer service, handling administrative tasks, coordinating loan documentation and reports and assisting with marketing efforts. Daily duties and responsibilities vary based on the immediate needs of the assigned location.
The Incumbent Will
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Answer incoming calls
- Open new accounts
- Process money and wire transfers for clients
- Prepare and process expense reports for personnel
- Prepare board reports for monthly meetings
- Order marketing supplies from vendors
- Prepare and submit sponsorship and/or donation request forms to the marketing department for approval
- Network with community groups and other contacts to promote ServisFirst; refer interested prospects to Sales Officers
- Contact Loan Officers and/or clients to request necessary financial information for analysis such as balance sheets, tax returns and financial statements
- Order appraisals and credit reports
- Prepare loan request documents for signatures
- Prepare financial data in spreadsheets and include brief analysis
- Prepare written memos after collecting all financial information to submit for approvals from the appropriate parties
- Responsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with customers
- Experience in financial analysis, banking, lending or a related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience in a position requiring attention to detail and data analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of:
- Sustained standing and sitting
- Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor
- Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs
- Normal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise
