Accounts Receivable Specialist – One Who Thrives on Accuracy and Customer Relations
The Accounts Receivable Specialist we are seeking is consistent and dependable in daily review and importing of billing information. This person loves detail and will be diligent in making sure all payments are accurately recorded and customers are served. If you enjoy the challenge of working individually and as part of a team, solving problems when they arise, and responsibly carrying out the tasks associated with preparing invoices and interacting with customers and co-workers efficiently and with integrity, this job is for you. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will enjoy coming to work and sitting down to review and import the daily billing information into the accounting system. Answering phone questions from customers and co-workers is all part of the routine. Problem-solving skills are used to handle unusual or unexpected issues. Preparing monthly statements and distributing them to customers as well as monitoring delinquent accounts are also important functions of this key role.
Starting in 1975, ServiTech has grown over 50 years to provide consulting and laboratory testing to the agriculture industry and other businesses that have specific needs we are uniquely suited to serve. With just under 200 employees, ServiTech serves customers from across the High Plains, all fifty states, and even other countries. Our laboratories are located in Kansas, Nebraska, and Texas. A large part of our business consists of serving the needs of producers and consultants in the agricultural community, and there are seasons during the year that are busier than others. There are times when working overtime may be necessary. We believe the culture at ServiTech is very positive and very much team-oriented.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products is expected. Experience using accounting software is preferred.
