Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities on the assembly line
- Ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment
- Monitor production processes to meet quality standards
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and operating machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and manage production processes
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
