What is the Role?
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing our national, commercial account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth. This ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple clients, and a commitment to meeting client needs. You will provide visibility and metrics to management, assist the sales team in achieving excellent client relationship management, help convert opportunities and relationships into sales, and ultimately drive the company to achieve and exceed its revenue goals.
Your detailed responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Account Growth:
- Say in constant contact and communication with accounts, reminding them we are here in the event of a loss.
- Client Onboarding:
- Guide new accounts through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our EMS & Restoration services.
- Partnering with various departments in house to ensure seamless transition from the moment of the sale all the way through to job completion and continuous, ongoing relationship management.
- Client Retention:
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction. Once they are a national account, it is your responsibility to ensure they keep calling us in the event of a loss.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Issue Resolution and process improvement:
- Proactively address client concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive client experience at all times.
- Special projects
- Travel to clients as needed.
- Prepping clients for storm or CAT events.
- Ability to effectively support sales team as needs arise. You are willing to throw down and help the team.
- Experience:
- 3 years experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior industry experience (e.g. insurance, construction, estimation, negotiation, reconstruction) is a plus but not required provided you are eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working with tight timelines, lofty sales goals, and juggling multiple priorities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth.
- Prior industry experience (e.g. insurance, construction, estimation, negotiation, reconstruction) is a plus but not required as long as you are interested and excited to learn.

- Logistics
- Must be able to work in person at our Encino office 5 days per week.
- Readily available to travel as needed for national clients.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
