Job Summary
The Managed Account Specialist position serves as the primary point of contact for Managed Program Clients, responsible for ensuring program compliance, providing exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day job volume for selected accounts.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Commercial Managed Account Process: Manage scope of work, facilitate cost estimate approvals, and ensure proper documentation of job process.
- Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide timely updates, and address client concerns.
- Service Provider Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to program guidelines, ensuring quality job delivery.
- Account Maintenance: Develop and implement strategies for new client rollouts, retention efforts, and program services expansion.
