Job Summary
The Franchise Technology Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Franchise Technology Manager and Service Line Product Managers in identifying and prioritizing technological enhancements. This position involves designing, delivering, and facilitating training related to SERVPRO's technology solutions, both new and existing.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and the franchise community, guiding them on the effective use of SERVPRO's innovative technology and features.
Main Responsibilities
Design, direct, and assist in delivering resources related to SERVPRO technology.Collaborate with the IT team to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Establish Alpha / Beta test schedules, and work with participating franchises to gather software feedback for IT.Serve as a subject matter expert in project planning and updates.Collaborate with other departments such as Product Management, Information Systems, National Accounts, Field Operations, and Franchise Training to streamline efforts.Ensure training resources equip franchise staff with necessary knowledge for success.Highlight the importance of understanding the 'why' behind technology usage for improved client satisfaction and performance metrics.Communicate key franchise technology support resources to essential stakeholders, including the SERVPRO Help Desk and Franchise Operations teams.Work alongside implementation teams to solve challenges efficiently.Assist the Franchise Training team in developing technology training resources.Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a technology-related role such as training, project management, or business analysis.Proficiency with the Verisk software suite, such as Xactimate, is preferred.Experience with CoreLogic software, including Mitigate, Estimate, and Dash, is preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.Familiarity with project management and process mapping methodologies is preferred.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and validation of results.Strong critical thinking capabilities and intellectual curiosity for problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of giving presentations and simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Relevant certifications in the software mentioned above are a plus.About SERVPRO
