Job Summary
The Market Development Specialist is expected to build profitable relationships with Key Account Clients and ensure that all SERVPRO customers receive quality customer service. Through relationship building, SERVPRO’s brand name awareness, enterprise capability and capacity will increase throughout the insurance industry, which will increase Call Volume and revenue for our franchise community.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop relationships with Client field claims personnel and promote partnerships with Trainers and Franchises.
Grow Total Gross Revenues and National Call Center Referrals.
Key Accounts communications, both internal and external, are professional and exhibit good customer service.
