Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager for Commercial Accounts plays a crucial role in formulating and executing innovative B2B marketing strategies and programs that align with SERVPRO's mission and drive substantial business growth through enhanced brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy in line with SERVPRO's strategic goals.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with the business intelligence team to update market data critical for our commercial vertical.Work closely with Commercial Accounts leadership to design and implement successful sales programs.Develop a robust sales toolkit, including a B2B playbook, presentations, brochures, testimonials, and case studies tailored by vertical.Utilize B2B channels effectively, especially LinkedIn, and collaborate with sales on targeted trade show initiatives to engage key decision-makers.Establish a marketing calendar for the National Accounts team identifying key events and activities.Manage, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns by vertical, generating leads, boosting brand visibility, and fostering customer engagement while making adjustments as needed.Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution and maximize impact.Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement and greater ROI.Lead marketing initiatives at major events like the SERVPRO Convention and industry trade shows.Develop strategic frameworks for market analysis, segment targeting, and ROI maximization.Coordinate multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely and successful execution.Identify and pursue new business opportunities promptly.Encourage innovation and creativity in campaign development, setting SERVPRO apart in the marketplace.Inspire cross-functional teams with strong leadership to meet marketing objectives.Understand customer behavior to create tailored strategies addressing market demands.Leverage digital marketing platforms for enhanced marketing management.Required Qualifications (Skills and Experience)
5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a commercial context.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and SEO.Exceptional project management abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities.Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data relating to the commercial sector.Experience in a franchise setting is advantageous; cross-functional and matrixed experience is preferred.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.Excellent communication skills for effective idea sharing across all organizational levels.Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Adaptability to changing markets and challenges to remain competitive.A robust analytical skill set for transforming complex data into actionable marketing strategies.Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.Education
