We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Reconstruction department. This individual will report to the department manager. Core responsibilities include project planning and oversight, scheduling, and managing subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude and a fundamental understanding of construction principles.
Compensation: Base salary & Commission. Annual earnings are $75k to $95k. Company vehicle & fuel provided.

Responsibilities
- Develops, coordinates, and oversees reconstruction projects from start to finish. Manages scheduling, logistics, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Performs demolition, construction, and other labor-intensive tasks.
- Maintains detailed project documentation.
- Calculates cost estimates using Xactimate software.
- Adheres to established budgets to ensure projects are produced efficiently and on schedule.
- Provides regular project updates to the Project Coordinator and Reconstruction Department Manager.
- Functions as primary interface with customers throughout the project duration. Maintains regular communication and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Ensures subcontractors adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Experience with Xactimate or similar cost-estimating software is strongly preferred. Training is available.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects at once, managing budgets and schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work
- Experience establishing effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- 1-3 years of residential construction experience
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
