Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup and timely removal across internal systems
- Assist in managing employee benefits including insurance enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions related to health insurance and benefits programs
- Track and process Paid Time Off (PTO) requests and maintain accurate leave schedules
- Assist with payroll-related tasks such as child support and income withholding orders
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files (digital and physical)
- Perform light bookkeeping duties, including expense audits for company credit card accounts (e.g., AmEx, Home Depot, WEX)
- Support fleet management by updating vehicle expense logs and tracking maintenance
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR and general operations
- High school diploma required; associates degree preferred
- 13 years of administrative experience OR recent college graduate with relevant coursework
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative
