What You’ll Do
Your main mission is transforming carpets and upholstery for homes and businesses. You’ll roll up to job sites, assess the materials, and use specialized tools and chemicals to clean and restore like a pro. You’ll also handle routine cleaning for residential and commercial clients, with occasional specialty projects. This role is more independent, letting you manage your own schedule and equipment while delivering results customers love.
Training That Gets You Rolling
We’ll set you up for success with a three-month training program:
- Hands-On Learning: Shadow our expert cleaners to master techniques in the field.
- Online Training: Complete modules to understand the science behind carpet and upholstery cleaning.
- IICRC Certification: After two months of real-world experience, we’ll sponsor your official certification in carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Once trained, you’ll work independently, handling your own jobs or guiding a small team. Expect full-time hours (40 per week) and opportunities to grow into roles like estimating or project management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assess carpets and upholstery to choose the right cleaning methods and solutions.
- Complete cleaning jobs efficiently and on schedule.
- Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and delivering great service.
- Keep your work truck and equipment organized and ready for action.
- Set up job sites for maximum efficiency and safety.

What You Need
- Physical Strength: Lift up to 50 pounds regularly (100 with help), bend, and stand for 8-hour shifts. You’ll move equipment and supplies as needed.
- Clear Communication: Talk confidently with customers and teammates.
- Valid Driver’s License: Get around locally with reliable transportation.
- Clean Background: Pass a background check as required by law.
