Mold Remediation Technician Wanted:
SERVPRO is a residential/commercial damage cleanup and restoration company specializing in water, fire smoke damage, Biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation. We are looking for a motivated candidate to perform the following duties. Competitive wages, 401K, Health, dental, and life insurance available.
× Perform mold remediation per crew chief directions following SERVPRO® guidelines.
× Set up/take down and properly operate mold remediation equipment
× Basic construction skills
× Must be able to lift 50 lbs
× General cleaning
× Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and/or online documentation such as moisture mapping, temperatures, and humidity readings
× Perform emergency services after hours and weekends on an on-call rotation basis
Requirements:
× Desire to grow
× Must have a professional appearance and good attitude
× Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
× A valid diver license with a good driving record
× Ability to pass a criminal background check
× Excellent attention to detail
× Punctual and reliable
× Experience using hand and small power tools
× Ability to work a flexible schedule
