The operations manager leads, motivates, and supports a large production division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives. As a valued SERVPRO® franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with the opportunity to learn and grow. PrimaryResponsibilities

· Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.

· Oversee the management of operational activities.

· Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.

· Manage staff development of the production division.

· Work closely with the general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.

· Customer Relationship Management & Conflict Resolution

PositionRequirements

· Effective written and oral communication

· Intermediate math skills

· Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred

· High school diploma/GED

· IICRC certifications preferred

· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

· Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate

Competitive salary based on experience.
