;Job Description: 

;Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO® processes per work order. Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.

• tCommunicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activitie
• sPerform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality contro
• lIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker
• sResolve problems quickly as they aris
• eManage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project detail
• sManage and control costs of production project
• sManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properl
• yClean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office area
• sPerform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security check

• DIICRC certifications require

sPay Rat

eStarts at $(20.00)/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit. Must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check
