What We Offer :

Requirements :
Experience in public adjusting, construction / restoration sales, and priority response is a plus,
but not required.
We’re looking for dedicated responders passionate about serving their community if that’s
you, we want to hear from you.
A strong background in construction and / or restoration sales is highly valued, especially if
you can perform well under pressure.
24 / 7 availability for prompt response to local emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits :
Base salary of $50,000 plus a 3% commission on all jobs. No cap on commissions!
Benefits include paid vacation time, sick time, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental
Insurance, Life Insurance.
Schedule :
Full-time, with availability Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.
