In-House Reconstruction Technician at Servpro of Citrus County

Servpro of Citrus County in Lecanto, Florida, is looking for in-house reconstruction technicians to join our team. We are located at 1371 N Lecanto Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is motivated and hard-working.

Do you have basic carpentry skills? Do you have drywall and paint experience? Can you execute punch list items? Have you worked in residential and commercial properties? Do you have basic project management skills? Are you dependable and available to work overtime? Are you looking for an opportunity with a solid, established company?

Requirements:

• Basic background in construction (punch list abilities- drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, crown, baseboards, general remodel)

• Basic knowledge of Florida building codes

• Communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, drug testing, and driver's license verification

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat

• Walking and standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing

• Ability to use a variety of tools, including power tools

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs assisted

• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
