SERVPRO of Stockton / Livermore is hiring a Reconstruction Administrative Assistant !
We are seeking someone who is great with customers and has a basic to intermediate knowledge of construction principles, field inspection practices, processes, methods, and techniques. This position will work closely with Construction Management to develop an initial scope of repairs and set the tone for the customer experience. The position goal is to prepare the incumbent to progress within the Construction Division to a Construction Estimator or Project Manager. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 2 Years of Construction Experience in Office and / or Field
- Ability to Multi-Task with strong attention to detail
- Experience in service industry environment a plus;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Courteous and professional with Customers and Co-workers
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations;
- Minimum education High School diploma or GED equivalent;
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable laws;
Availability to work full-time (40 hours / week) with flexibility to work overtime when required.
PRIMRY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful Candidates would have :
The abililty to organize and work effectively while being inundated with information and pressure from multiple sources; computer literacy, excellent comprehensive speaking and writing skills, basic construction knowledge, experience wiht Microsoft Word & Excel.
