SERVPRO® of Dale City/Lake Ridge, a cleaning and restoration company specializing in water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, and related services is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
We are seeking someone who is great on the phone, is proficient in office tasks, has excellent analytical skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. The person who fills this position will be responsible for sending out correspondence to customers and insurance adjusters, uploading estimates based on company specific guidelines and providing excellent customer service while meeting crucial deadlines. He/she will need to enter detailed data accurately, be comfortable with basic math and floor plan diagrams in order to prepare estimates and invoices accurately.
Hours: 40-45 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required.
Minimum Requirements:
· High School diploma or GED. College experience desirable.
· Two years of administrative or office-related experience.
· Polite, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.
· Experience with billing, quality assurance, and/or scheduling a plus.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice.
· Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.
· Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations.
· Capability to work in a fast paced, team oriented office environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Ability to learn new software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
