Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of East York/Western Lancaster County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Your primary focus will be on developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for negotiating customer approval of project scope and estimate, as well as managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Negotiate with customers to secure project approvals.
- Manage construction projects, including supervision of personnel and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and status.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- IICRC certification a plus.
