Job Title: Restoration Operations Director
SERVPRO of East York/Western Lancaster County is seeking an experienced Restoration Operations Director to lead our restoration operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects, from initiation to completion.
You will work closely with our team to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on managing all aspects of restoration projects, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage restoration projects, including supervision of personnel and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and status.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- IICRC certification a plus.
