We are looking for full-time restoration technicians for water/fire/mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, duct cleaning, and biohazard/trauma cleanup.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities; measure, sketch and photograph work areas
- Perform production processes (such as water/fire/mold remediation; this type of work may include: extracting water from a flooded basement, setting up fans & dehumidifiers, demolition of walls/floors, cleaning and mopping of work areas, cleaning and removing soot, inventory of customer's personal items, etc.)
- Perform end-of-day / end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
Position Requirements
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products
- Ability to wear PPE when required, such as respirators and Tyvek suits
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law
- Valid driver's license and insurability required
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay is from $18-25/hour, depending on experience and background
- Differential pay for biohazard jobs (1.5x - 2x base pay) and after-hours work (1.5x base pay)
- Bonus pay for PPE and on-call
- Supplemental benefits include: dental, vision, critical illness, accident, short-term disability, etc. Employer contributes a portion of benefits monthly.
