Job brief:
As an Office Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the production team. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule production services and work orders
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize and schedule subcontractor services
- Monitor job file status
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
- Daily job file coordination
- Review project documentation for accuracy
- Maintain internal and external communication
- Complete job file audit process
- Provide general support to customers
