Compensation :

• 16-$18 per hour
• Higher starting rate offers based on prior work history and skills assessed during the application and interview process.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service, serving as the primary voice of our franchise
• Handle general phone calls, greet visitors, and manage lead calls and job referrals
• Execute detailed and accurate data entry, maintaining precise records
• Perform various office administrative tasks, including call management, job tracking, and scheduling
• Draft professional correspondence, maintain organized files, and create reports as needed
• Undertake general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with other departments, providing assistance as required

Qualifications :

• 0-2 years of administrative or office-related experience, with business exposure
• Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling skills are advantageous
• On-call rotation participation for after-hours and weekends - currently 1 week per month
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
