As a Contents Restoration Lead, you will play a crucial role in the restoration process by inventorying, assessing, and managing damaged contents caused by fire or water incidents. Part of our learning path is ensuring we develop you at every stage of your career, including sponsoring various certifications and licenses, to help specialize your skillset.Responsibilities : Contents Inventory and Assessment : Utilize Encircle software or similar tools to meticulously document and catalog damaged contents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Conduct thorough assessments of damaged items, categorizing them as salvageable or non-salvageable based on established guidelines and industry best practices.Collaborate with team members to prioritize contents restoration tasks and create efficient work plans.Contents Cleaning and Restoration : Apply specialized cleaning techniques to assist and train team in restoring salvageable contents, including delicate items, electronics, textiles, and more, ensuring the highest level of quality.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.Proven experience in contents restoration, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.Familiarity with Encircle software or similar contents inventory systems is highly desirable.Strong understanding of contents cleaning techniques, including knowledge of appropriate cleaning agents and methods for various materials.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex tasks.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with team members, clients, and external partners.Physical ability to handle, lift, and move contents of various sizes and weights.Benefits Medical, Dental, and VisionPaid Time OffSick Paid Time OffParental Paid Time OffMatching 401kAll employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated Servpro Franchise.
