Lead Water Technician

SERVPRO of Kirkland, WA is looking for a Lead Water Technician to join our team. You should be knowledgeable enough to complete a job from start to finish, while being comfortable working on a team with 2-3 people.

Job Description:

The Lead Water Technician role is responsible for leading/coordinating their team at as they prepare for each job site, making sure vehicles are ready organized for the day with all necessary equipment packed. You will be responsible for on-site inspections, communicating with the customers at every stop of the job process, and ensuring that the job is completed within the specified time frame.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls as needed and perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO® production guidelines.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Effectively communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and any challenges
• Be comfortable enough to supervise technicians on the job site; know what needs to be done and ensure the techs working under also understand what they are to do each day
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Xactimate and/or Drybook experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Experience in the cleaning/restoration/disaster industry
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to travel locally as necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

Pay Rate Starts at $23/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit. This opportunity is for either full-time (with benefits), part-time, or contract depending on the qualified candidates' preference.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
