Servpro of North / South Lexington is the largest, locally owned, commercial and residential property restoration company in the state, but we also have an extensive fleet of vehicles and equipment that must be maintained and repaired as needed. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. An excellent auto mechanic has good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. They are well-versed in complex mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Environmental Conditions
The employee frequently works in mostly indoor environments but exposed to outside weather conditions, also coming in contact with computers, mechanical parts, and slippery and uneven surfaces. The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
Physical Conditions
Essential and marginal functions may require physical fitness requirements necessary to perform the job functions with or without accommodation, such as the ability to stand, walk or sit for prolonged periods; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and use hands to operate and handle objects, tools, and machines. The ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects is also essential. Employee must have the ability to work with / around various chemicals and cleaning agents.
