To be successful as a restoration crew leader, you should be people focused, a good communicator, have a keen understanding of safety gear, power tools and be able to read blueprints.
We build teams with those holding themselves to a high standard and who care about the quality of work they produce and its impact on their team members and the customers we serve. You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs on our restoration projects. Duties can include completion of demolition, drying impacted areas and setting equipment.
Restoration Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Leading teams of 2-3.
- Assessing damaged properties to see what can be saved.
- Cleaning and storing damaged items until they can be returned to the property.
- Removing and replacing damaged materials, such as wallboards, lumbar, and carpets.
- Handling any issues caused by water damage, including drying out the area and removing mold.
- Sanitizing structural features that can be saved.
- Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
- Leave job site with clean and orderly.
- Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
- Previous restoration experience is a plus!
Restoration Technician Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent working knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Physical fitness.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Social awareness.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

We are an IICRC certified restoration company.
All offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion of a post offer background check, motor vehicle report and state level drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
