OVERVIEW of JOB:
Crew Supervisors work with a team that is dispatched to damaged properties to provide a variety of emergency clean-up, dry-out, and repair services. Crew Chiefs supervise and direct team members to install restorative drying equipment and perform specialty cleaning techniques. They also learn to use advanced moisture monitoring equipment to thoroughly document the drying progress of each project. Technicians provide information to the customer, and their supervisor and SERVPRO office staff. Typically, work is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. However, there are times where overtime is required to take care of an emergency services project. Some weeknights and weekend “on call” duty for emergency service jobs.

- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
- Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
- - Must be computer literate and quick learner of new applications
- - Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)
- - Must have your own transportation to and from work
- - Must pass a pre-employment background check and qualify for our driver insurance program
- - Experience in performing water damage mitigation and restoration
- - IICRC WRT Certification
- - Experience with scoping and sketching site of damaged areas in a building
- - Experience with in putting on-line documentation for active projects
- - (Training will be provided to any new hire not already not IICRC certified.)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
