Restoration Supervisor (Crew Chief)

Servpro Team Bisig is seeking an experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead our team in providing high-quality water, fire, and mold damage restoration services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee restoration projects, manage crew members, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Supervise and train technicians in water, fire, and mold damage restoration procedures.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).
• Conduct moisture readings and assessments to determine the extent of damage.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including job notes, photos, and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IICRC guidelines) and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and project managers.
• Assist with estimating and project scoping as needed.
• Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring proper usage and care.
• Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in the restoration industry, preferably in a leadership role.
• IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and/or Applied Structural Drying (ASD) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable using restoration software and mobile apps for job tracking.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
