As a Restoration Technician at Servpro, you will play a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from disasters. Responsibilities
- Perform restoration tasks related to fire and water damage cleanup.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all restoration projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain processes and provide updates on progress.
- Document all work performed and materials used for accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in the restoration industry preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
