SERVPRO of Sarasota is looking for an office Construction Coordinator. If you like helping people this position is perfect for you. SERVPRO supplies storm, water and fire mitigation. After the cleanup we rebuild their home !

As a Construction / Water Mitigation Coordinator with SERVPRO of Sarasota you will be working directly with the Senior project manager responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with the Senior Project Manager on all construction and Mitigation projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day / end-of-job debrief with office staff

Position Requirements

• High school diploma / GED
• Previous construction Water Mitigation management experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

• Be proficient with software to complete job process
• Friendly demeanor and work well with others
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
