Claims Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus
SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus, a premier national cleanup & restoration company is expanding and seeking a full-time claims coordinator/administrative assistant. The company owns ten franchises around the greater Columbus area and has been in business for the past 45 years.

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fill out First Notice of Loss for incoming insurance claims
- Manage water mitigation claims
- Maintain company database
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for estimates, service and job follow up
- Perform internal job file quality audits

Minimum Requirements
- 2 year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
- Xactimate experience a plus
- Experience with quality assurance and/or scheduling a plus
- Experience in Service industry environment a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office environment
Compensation
- $21/hr. -$26/hr. depending on experience
