SERVPRO® of Ogden is searching for a Construction Project Manager/Superintendent who has experience in drywall, finish carpentry, paint, minor plumbing & electrical, and able to manage multiple projects and subcontractors. We are looking for a reliable self-starter with a professional image, proactive, experienced, and enjoys providing excellent service.
Some of the Responsibilities
Produce and manage after-loss reconstruction projects. Communicate with subcontractors, property owners and management. Set budgets, ensure job processes are followed, and monitor projects to completion.
Requirements for this Position
· Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
· Strong communication, reading and writing skills.
· A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
· Ability to complete a criminal background check and drug test.
· Must be in good physical health and able to lift up to 75 pounds.
· Appropriate construction knowledge and experience.
